Her upbeat personality is only second to her dedication to be the very best in customer service. Jack served in the US military for almost 10 years teaching him discipline and persistence. Jack then delivered mail for the post office where he learned to listen and how to offer great customer service. He has been married to April for 29 great years. They formed the Potts Team in 2022.

We have lived in the Columbus area since 1996, have 4 children, German Shepard named Sasha and an American Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy named Simba.
